Post-Op Day #16 - A Bit of A Flake?!

Well I think I overdid it yesterday with the wee-chair ride and then driving the car(even a short distance).

My poor foot was sooooooooooooooooo swollen by the time I went to bed last night, I couldn't even wiggle my toes. I put some cold compress on it and elevated it over night, by morning it had gone down to a normal range(my foot has been a bit puffy over the past week from surgery).

When I woke up this morning my poor skin had really started to flake due to the expansion of the skin from the swelling. ewww! haha! I look like I'm suffering some lizard or snake disease ROFLMAO!

Today I just lounged around because I wanted to give my ankle a break -- luckily it wasn't too sore and my calf muscle feels better(not 100% but getting close).

I wish I had been feeling more lively, it would have been nice to go to the ranch for a bit --Friday's are good days to go visit because there's always a ton of people there. Oh well, maybe tomorrow!

Adam and I are going to go for a quick walk(well i'll be in the wee-chair) around the block before we're in for the night. Aren't we just the party animals on a Friday night? HA HA!

I'll have a rinse before bed, that way I can get some more of the flaky skin off.

I hope the weather is good tomorrow so we can spend most of the day out of the house.
